Biography
Siosi Samuels
Digital Wayfinder · Fractional CTO & Systems Architect
Siosi Samuels is the creator of Ring of Fire Metaphysics — a framework for navigating the convergence of technology, culture, and consciousness through the volcanic substrate that connects Silicon Valley, the Pacific Islands, and East Asia. A practitioner of Digital Wayfinding, he applies ancient Polynesian navigation principles to modern AI-era complexity. Born George Samuels, he later discovered that his Tuvaluan name — Siosi — mirrors the Si–O–Si siloxane bridge molecule found within silica (SiO₂), the volcanic material inside every chip, screen, and AI system on Earth.
This molecular coincidence became the foundation of a body of work that spans the divide between code, culture, and consciousness. From advising the Government of Tuvalu on AI strategy and digital sovereignty to being featured by Slack, Adobe, BBC Radio, Tech In Asia, and Discover Magazine, Siosi operates at the intersection of emerging technology and ancient Pacific intelligence.
A 3x founder, Fractional CTO, and Systems Architect, he is the founder of Conscious Technologists in Chiang Mai — a harbor for practitioners building with technical and ethical integrity — and has been backed by Tim Draper. He serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Blockchain Governance Initiative Network (BGIN), contributing to the Decentralized Treasuries Working Group. His work has been shaped by 15+ years spanning community building, fractional CxO leadership, and strategic advisory across the Pacific Rim and beyond.
Siosi holds a Master's in Creative Media from RMIT University(Animation & Interactive Media) and a Bachelor's in Multimedia Systems. He coined the concept of "meta-community" during his 7+ years as Managing Director at Faiā, and is currently booking for 2026 keynotes, private workshops, and high-resonance podcast appearances.
