The RA Questions: A Two-Step Test for Digital Clarity

We are drowning in tools. Every week, a new "must-have" app enters the market, promising to solve all our productivity problems. But for most of us, this just adds to our "Technostress."

The Wellness Problem: Tool Clutter

The "Wellness Problem" is that we have become passive consumers of features. We adopt tools because of hype, not because they actually serve our specific cognitive architecture. This leads to a fragmented "Personal Stack" where we spend more time managing our apps than doing our work.

The Root Cause: Evaluating by Function, not Frequency

The root cause is that we evaluate tools merely by their function (what they do) rather than their frequency (how they feel and align). We treat our "Outer Stack" as a collection of isolated parts rather than a living system.

The CSD Resolution: The RA Test

In Conscious Stack Design™, we use the RA Questions as a "Level 0" calibration test for every tool in our stack:

  1. Alignment (Logic): "Does this tool align with my current goals, values, and system architecture?" This anchors you in structural fit.
  2. Resonance (Intuition): "Does this still resonate?" This is a frequency check for "felt sense" and energetic weight.

If a tool has Alignment but no Resonance, it is a "Duty Node" that will eventually cause burnout. If it has Resonance but no Alignment, it is a "Distraction Node" that will waste your time. Only tools that pass both questions earn a place in your sovereign stack.

Don't build a stack. Cultivate an ecosystem.
